Machine tool use:
This processing equipment is specially developed to implement drilling, tapping and scribbling operations on sectional steel including H-beams and channel steel. Three BT40 high-speed spindle assemblies are configured to conduct three-sided machining respectively, with an independent spindle assigned for each processing face. The matched linear tool storage magazine can accommodate cutting tools of four distinct specifications.
Featuring superior machining productivity, outstanding dimensional accuracy, easy operability and broad adaptability, the equipment is extensively deployed across structural steel sectors covering building engineering, parking garage fabrication, transmission tower and space frame manufacturing.

1. Drilling Machine
This drilling unit mainly consists of a base frame, machine bed, mobile slide carriage, spindle head, top clamping mechanism, lateral clamping assembly and linear tool magazine.
The equipment is fitted with three spindle heads: fixed side spindle head, movable side spindle head and top spindle head, which undertake horizontal and vertical drilling tasks respectively. All spindle heads can run autonomously and perform drilling concurrently, greatly boosting overall production capacity. Each spindle head is equipped with a BT40 high-speed mechanical spindle, and the supporting linear tool magazine can hold up to four drill bits of varying diameters (when the spindle is unloaded). It supports automatic machining of four different bore sizes in one single workpiece clamping cycle. The spindle feed is driven by a servo motor, enabling rapid traverse, working feed and quick return under program control. The spindle is powered by a dedicated spindle servo motor, delivering stepless speed regulation with a broad speed range.

Three sets of spindle assemblies are installed alongside the machine bed. Every spindle unit is actuated by dual servo drive assemblies to accomplish horizontal and vertical displacement, adopting ball screw for power transmission and high-precision linear roller guides for positional guidance. Throughout the drilling cycle, the equipment implements dual-orientation workpiece clamping: one hydraulic cylinder actuates the top hold-down assembly to fasten the workpiece onto horizontal supporting rollers, whereas a separate hydraulic unit drives the lateral clamping fixture to secure the component from its flank.

2. Feeding Channel
The feed passage is assembled with bracket frames, supporting rollers, lateral positioning rollers, side thrust assemblies and rack components, functioning as the carrier for pending-machining workpieces. A photoelectric sensing switch is fitted at the inlet end of the passage to detect the workpiece leading edge and define the machining benchmark along the X-axis. The lateral positioning rollers complete preliminary Y-axis positioning for raw materials, and the side pushing fixtures compress the workpiece tightly against these positioning rollers for fixed alignment.

3. Discharging Channel
The discharge conveyor frame comprises supporting stands, load-bearing rollers and auxiliary fittings, engineered exclusively for transporting fully machined finished workpieces after complete processing.
