1. Transmission Device:
It adopts a high-precision design incorporating guide rails and sliders imported from Taiwan, ensuring smooth operation and effectively enhancing heavy-load capacity.
The X-axis and Z-axis each utilize two rolling linear guides as the guiding and load-bearing tracks for lateral and longitudinal movement, respectively, which can meet the technical requirements of high-speed drilling. The transmission of the X-axis and Z-axis employs AC servo motors to drive the precision ball screws for rotation, thereby achieving linear motion.

2. The Y-axis is equipped with two heavy-duty rolling linear guides on both sides, one of which features a side-hanging structure, jointly forming the Y-axis sliding track. This configuration meets the high rigidity and strength requirements of the gantry frame, while also embodying technical advantages such as a low friction coefficient, high movement speed, excellent vibration absorption performance, and an extended service life. The Y-axis transmission adopts dual servo motor synchronous drive technology: one servo motor is installed on each side, which synchronously drives the ball screws to rotate, thereby moving the gantry frame and enabling CNC machining.

3. Automatic Lubrication Device and Protective Device:
The machine tool is equipped with a Taiwan-manufactured volumetric partial-pressure automatic lubrication device, which enables automatic lubrication of moving pairs such as guide rails, lead screws, and racks without any dead zones, thereby ensuring the service life of the machine tool. The X-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool are outfitted with dustproof protective covers, and waterproof splash guards are installed around the workbench.
