5. Punching, marking, and cutting operations are fully automated. Finished angle steel components are automatically discharged by a pneumatic turnover mechanism, minimizing manual handling, reducing labor intensity, and significantly increasing manufacturing efficiency.
6. The control system consists of an industrial computer, CNC controller, servo drive units, PLC controller, and external sensing devices. Machining operations are initiated simply by entering the required workpiece parameters. 7. The marking module adopts a fully enclosed frame construction, providing exceptional rigidity and structural stability. Four character cassette assemblies are installed on the marking head and are automatically selected through program control.
