1. This automated production line is composed of a transverse conveying system, turnover conveyor, material infeed conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, dual drilling units, marking station, automatic unloading conveyor, hydraulic power station, and electrical cooling system. 2. The equipment is configured with one drilling unit on each side, and each unit can accommodate three drilling tools of different diameters. The drilling heads are controlled through CNC positioning technology, ensuring accurate hole placement and superior processing consistency.
3. All spindle speeds are regulated through variable-frequency drive control, providing stepless speed adjustment. Feed rates are continuously adjustable through proportional flow control valves.
