This equipment is primarily composed of a transverse conveying system, rotary loading mechanism, infeed conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, and discharge conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and other auxiliary components.

Product Features:
1. The system adopts CNC technology combined with servo-driven feeding, ensuring high production efficiency and consistent machining accuracy. All critical hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are sourced from internationally recognized brands.
2. Each side is equipped with three sets of punch and die assemblies, capable of accommodating three different punch diameters. Under PLC control, the three die groups can move in synchronization to adjust the punching datum position.

3. The industrial computer features a bilingual Chinese-English interface, providing intuitive and operator-friendly control while supporting graphical workpiece display. Programming is simplified, and the system can directly import data generated by nesting or lofting software. During programming, only parameters such as workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, reference point, and production quantity are required.
4. The CNC feeding carriage is driven by a servo motor, with positional feedback provided by a photoelectric encoder. A closed-loop control system is implemented to ensure high positioning accuracy and stable feeding performance.

5. Marking, punching, and shearing operations are fully automated. Completed angle steel components can be automatically discharged via a pneumatic turnover device, significantly reducing manual labor requirements.
6. The control system consists of an industrial host computer, CNC controller, servo drive system, PLC unit, and external sensing devices. Operation is initiated simply by entering workpiece parameters. In addition, processing programs can be stored, selected, displayed, and transmitted based on workpiece identification numbers.

7. The marking unit adopts a fully enclosed frame structure, providing excellent rigidity and structural stability. Four sets of character assemblies are installed on the marking head and can be selected through program control. The marking reference position can be freely defined. The punching, marking, and shearing cylinders are designed with increased capacity; the CNC carriage has been upgraded for higher rigidity; and the clamping system features reinforced structural strength.
