Furthermore, fabrication begins only after the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with process parameters meticulously defined based on the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.
8. During the thermal treatment phase, once the process parameters are set, operators can initiate the cycle by either pressing the start button or activating the foot pedal switch to commence the fully automated operation sequence. This sequence follows a predefined series of steps, including the heating feed, application of thermal energy, retraction of heating elements upon completion, clamping and compressing of the workpiece, ram lifting, and, finally, the unloading and retrieval of the processed workpiece.

The pressure ram does not need to return to its home position; instead, the lower pressing die is raised to create a 100mm clearance, allowing for the easy removal of the workpiece.
