The average cycle duration for cold pressing operations is 10 seconds per unit, while the heating processing cycle stands at 120 seconds per unit (contingent upon the actual processed materials and their specifications). Furthermore, workpiece processing is carried out once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (i.e., the red-hot state), with specific parameters dependent on the actual material type and bending angle requirements.

During the workpiece heating process, upon completion of parameter configuration, operators may initiate the cycle start function or activate the foot switch to launch the fully automated operational workflow. This workflow sequentially includes heating feed, heating implementation, retraction after heating completion, workpiece compression application, pressure head lifting, and final workpiece unloading.

9. In the combined heating and cold pressing operation, upon the completion of parameter configuration, cold pressing may be conducted directly. There is no requirement for the pressure head to return to its initial position; instead, the lower pressing die ascends to form a 100mm gap, enabling easy workpiece removal.
