Product Features:
1. High level of automation. The production line is outfitted with an automatic loading device (including a transverse feeding channel and a rotating loading rack), an automatic unloading device, and an automatic feeding device. All holes and steel grade markings on the angle steel can be processed in a single pass through the production line, and no manual intervention is required during the processing process—this significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
2. The upper computer features a Chinese interface, which is user-friendly for general operators. It is capable of displaying workpiece graphics and the coordinate dimensions of hole positions—this facilitates verification. Additionally, it can accept workpiece processing programs generated by release software. The adoption of upper computer management significantly streamlines the storage and retrieval of programs.
3. The drilling spindle is equipped with a disc spring automatic tool clamping mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder for tool release, which enables convenient replacement of the tool shank. The front section of the spindle adopts a labyrinth seal protection structure, a waterproof design, and is fitted with an air curtain device—these configurations ensure that cutting fluid does not penetrate into the interior of the spindle.
4. The hole-making process achieves high positional accuracy. The feeding device of this production line is driven by a servo motor and operates via a gear-rack transmission system. It is also equipped with a gear-rack detection assembly and a position-sensing encoder for positional accuracy feedback, forming a full closed-loop control mechanism. Meanwhile, the movement of the drilling power head along the two flank directions of the angle steel is driven by a servo motor and transmitted through a ball screw—this configuration ensures high positional accuracy of the holes machined on angle steel workpieces.
