2.1 Bed Assembly

The bed assembly achieves Y-axis reciprocating motion through the CNC-controlled AC servo motor driving the gear rack, enabling rapid movement. Both the Y-axis rack and linear guide rails utilize high-precision components to ensure accurate transmission. End-of-travel limit switches and a mechanical hard limit device are installed to safeguard machine operation. The main unit is equipped with an automatic lubrication system for the moving parts of the bed, ensuring smooth operation and prolonging the service life of the guide rails, gears, and racks.

2.2 Crossbeam and X-Axis & Z-Axis Assemblies

The beam undergoes stress-relief annealing followed by vibration processing after rough machining to ensure the rigidity and stability of the laser head’s moving components. The X-axis and Z-axis are driven by high-precision modules. During motion, limit switches regulate the travel range, while elastic buffer mechanical stops are installed at both ends to guarantee the safe operation of the system.

 

The Z-axis assembly primarily facilitates the vertical movement of the laser head.
